How Do I Return an Item Purchased at an Event?

Customers are encouraged to return or exchange items during the event. If returns or exchanges are requested after the event, we can only offer an online store credit for damaged or defective products.


To process this online store credit, customers must provide pictures of the damaged or defective items and a receipt as proof of purchase. To expedite the process, provide the details in writing and use (this form).
